B
ORDINARY KODAK ROLL FILM
Eastman Kodak Company, Rochester, New York 1897
Original, unopened 24-exposure roll of film for the B Ordinary Kodak camera.
Introduced in 1891 and manufactured until 1895, Eastman's
B Ordinary still required that its film be loaded in a dark room. With the paper label below stating that the
film should be used before March 1st, 1898, it was probably manufactured in the
latter half of 1897.
Roll film from this era, unused in their original
unopened boxes, are very rare and almost never seen today.
